We are excited to resume operations and begin workout classes again on Monday May 18th! We will have distancing and enhanced sanitation protocols in place per AZ State Recommendations, and we will be limiting class times to 45 minutes in order to allow 15 minutes for cleaning and wiping down equipment at the end of each class. Class sizes will be capped at 8 people (Members can sign up & reserve a spot in classes by going to the Schedule page and clicking on the “Sign Up” button next to each class). Our first cycle of programming is called, appropriately, “The Rebuild” – we’ll be focusing on rebuilding basic strength lifts and range of motion. We can’t wait to get after it – we’ll see you at the gym!
