It’s a brand new year, and we are excited to announce the following new additions to our class schedule, effective this week:
Yoga Classes, Wednesday & Thursday Evenings at 8:00pm
Join us for Yoga classes taught by Kyndle Kuchera. All levels; no experience necessary. Please note: the gym does not provide yoga mats, so if you have a mat, please bring it!
Human Movement, Saturday Mornings 7:30am
The Saturday 8:00am class is being replaced by our new 90-minute Human Movement class, led by Eric Mackey. This class will focus on natural human movement skills and abilities, and improving balance, agility, coordination and body awareness. (The Saturday Mobility Class will remain in its 9:00am time slot)
Lifting 101, Sunday Mornings 9:00am
The Sunday morning Open Gym time slot is being replaced with Lifting 101, a 90-minute class led by Nic Holck. This class is highly educational, focusing on weightlifting concepts and technique not just for Olympic lifting but Powerlifting (Squats, Deadlifts, and Presses) as well. All levels of weightlifting skill and strength are encouraged to attend.
Enhance your wellness, recovery, movement skills, and weightlifting technique by attending these specialty classes! It’s going to be a great 2016 at HardVolume CrossFit – we’ll see you at the gym!
