Dip/Drive + 1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks

5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

Tues 05/23/17

Take 15 minutes to establish a max weight on the following complex:
1 Snatch Deadlift + 1 Snatch Comp. Pull
+ 2 Power Snatch

Death by Wall Balls/Ball Slams, 20#/14#
(with a continuously running clock, do 1 Wall Ball & 1 Ball Slam the first minute, 2 of each the 2nd, etc. continuing until you can no longer keep the interval)

7:00pm Human Movement

Wed 05/24/17

15 minutes of Handstand practice

4 rounds for time of:
1 turf-lap Sled Press, 90#/50#
1 turf-lap Sled Push sprint, 90#/50#
200m Farmer Carry w/2 KBs 53#/35#
400m run

Thurs 05/25/17

Take 15 minutes to establish a max weight on the following complex:
1 Clean Deadlift + 1 Clean comp. Pull +
2 Power Cleans

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
(beginning with 5 reps of each exercise the first round and increasing by 5 reps each successive round)
Toes to Bar
Box Jumps 24″/20″
Burpees

Take 20 minutes to establish a max weight on the following complex:
3 Back Squats + 6 Deadlifts

for time:
10 KB Swings 62#/44#
40 Double Unders
15 KB Swings
30 Double Unders
20 KB Swings
20 Double Unders
15 KB swings
30 Double Unders
10 KB Swings
40 Double Unders
